3. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, graphics, designs, source code, UI elements, software, documents, trademarks, logos, and materials available on our websites or developed by Canaco Technologies LLP remain the intellectual property of Canaco Technologies LLP unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This includes proprietary platforms such as NextEventApp.

4. Client Responsibilities

Make payments according to agreed milestones, subscriptions, or invoices
Delays caused by lack of communication, missing assets, delayed approvals, or changing requirements may affect delivery timelines.
5. Payments & Refunds
All invoices, subscriptions, or service payments must be paid within the agreed payment period.
Advance payments and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced
SaaS subscriptions or digital product payments may be governed by separate pricing or cancellation policies
Refunds, if applicable, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services, restricted platform access, or withholding of deliverables.
6. Project Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on:
Scope changes
Revision requests
Third-party dependencies
Delayed approvals or feedback
Technical or operational constraints
Canaco Technologies LLP is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
7. Revisions & Scope Changes
Projects include revisions only as defined in the proposal, quotation, or agreement.
Additional features, modifications, integrations, or scope expansions requested after approval may incur additional charges and timeline adjustments.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services and products may integrate with third-party APIs, hosting providers, analytics platforms, payment gateways, cloud services, or external software providers.

Downtime of third-party services

Payments remain unpaid

Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations.
