At NextEvent, operated by Canaco Technologies LLP, we are committed to providing reliable software services, implementation assistance, onboarding support, and ongoing platform access to our customers.
This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding subscription fees, implementation charges, onboarding fees, custom development services, and other payments made for the use of NextEvent and related services.
1. GENERAL POLICY
All purchases made through NextEvent are considered final.
As NextEvent provides digital software services, platform access, implementation services, onboarding assistance, training, support, and related business solutions, refunds are generally not provided after a purchase has been completed.
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. NO REFUND POLICY
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, NextEvent does not provide refunds for:
• Subscription fees
• Monthly plans
• Quarterly plans
• Annual plans
• Enterprise plans
• Setup fees
• Onboarding charges
• Implementation services
• Training services
• Consulting services
• Custom development work
• Integration services
• Communication credits
• Add-on purchases
• Feature activation charges
• Partially used subscription periods
Once payment has been successfully processed, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.
3. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS
Customers may choose to cancel their subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation:
• Access to paid Services will continue until the end of the active billing period.
• No refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in the subscription period.
• No prorated refunds will be provided.
• Future recurring billing, where applicable, will be discontinued after cancellation.
Cancellation does not entitle the customer to reimbursement of any previously paid fees.
4. IMPLEMENTATION AND CUSTOM SERVICES
Fees paid for implementation, onboarding, setup, migration, consulting, customization, integrations, training, or custom software development are non-refundable.
These services involve allocation of resources, technical effort, planning, configuration, and professional expertise and therefore cannot be refunded once work has commenced.
5. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
Temporary interruptions, maintenance periods, feature updates, internet outages, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not qualify customers for refunds.
While we strive to provide reliable service availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
6. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Any exception to this Refund Policy shall be made solely at the discretion of Canaco Technologies LLP.
Approval of any refund in one instance shall not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.
Any approved refund, if granted, may be subject to deductions for:
• Taxes
• Payment gateway charges
• Third-party processing fees
• Services already delivered
7. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree to contact NextEvent before initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute with their financial institution.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
• Immediate account suspension
• Service termination
• Recovery proceedings for unpaid amounts
• Restriction from future purchases
8. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
Canaco Technologies LLP reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Services following publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
