These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NextEvent, including the websites nexteventapp.in and nexteventapp.com, software applications, mobile applications, products, services, communications, and related offerings operated by Canaco Technologies LLP (“Company”, “Canaco Technologies LLP”, “NextEvent”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing, registering for, subscribing to, purchasing, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
ABOUT NEXTEVENT
NextEvent is a cloud-based venue and event management platform developed and operated by Canaco Technologies LLP. The platform provides software solutions designed to assist venues, banquet halls, convention centers, wedding venues, hospitality businesses, event organizers, and related organizations in managing enquiries, bookings, customer relationships, communications, operations, financial tracking, reporting, and business automation.
The Services may include venue management tools, customer relationship management (CRM), enquiry management, booking management, event planning tools, payment tracking, analytics, reporting, communication tools, WhatsApp integrations, automation features, and other related functionality.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing the platform, or using any Services provided by NextEvent, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published by Canaco Technologies LLP from time to time.
These documents collectively govern your relationship with NextEvent.
ELIGIBILITY
To use the Services, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are authorized to act on behalf of the business or organization you represent.
• All information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete.
• Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse access to any user or organization at our sole discretion.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
Certain features of the Services require registration of an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
Canaco Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from your failure to protect your login credentials or account information.
SUBSCRIPTIONS, FEES, AND PAYMENTS
Access to certain Services may require payment of subscription fees.
Subscription plans may be offered on a monthly, quarterly, annual, enterprise, or custom basis. Pricing may vary depending on the number of users, number of venues, enabled features, integrations, communication usage, implementation requirements, and other factors.
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of Services.
Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), may be charged in accordance with applicable laws.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the applicable Refund Policy published by NextEvent.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, subscription fees, implementation fees, onboarding charges, setup fees, and custom development charges are non-refundable.
CUSTOMER DATA
Customers retain ownership of business data uploaded to the platform.
By using the Services, you grant Canaco Technologies LLP a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, process, transmit, backup, and display such data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of data submitted through the platform.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks.
• Interfere with platform functionality, security, or performance.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without authorization.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services.
COMMUNICATION SERVICES
The Services may provide access to communication features including WhatsApp messaging, email communications, SMS notifications, reminders, and automation tools.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, messaging policies, privacy requirements, and platform guidelines governing such communications.
Canaco Technologies LLP is not responsible for messages, content, campaigns, or communications initiated by customers through the platform.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including payment gateways, cloud service providers, messaging providers, analytics providers, and other external services.
Canaco Technologies LLP does not control and is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or policies of third-party services.
Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions established by such providers.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, source code, designs, interfaces, trademarks, logos, documentation, content, databases, and related intellectual property, are owned exclusively by Canaco Technologies LLP.
No ownership rights are transferred to users under these Terms.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, sell, license, or create derivative works from any portion of the Services without prior written permission.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted Services, we do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation.
Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance activities, software updates, infrastructure issues, internet outages, cybersecurity incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canaco Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, reputation, or data arising from the use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to NextEvent during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time if:
• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.
• Security concerns arise.
• Payment obligations remain outstanding.
• Continued access poses legal, operational, or security risks.
Termination shall not relieve customers of any outstanding payment obligations.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Canaco Technologies LLP reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on nexteventapp.in and nexteventapp.com. Continued use of the Services following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of such revisions.
