And behind every celebration, there is a venue. A banquet hall decorated before dawn. A kalyana mantapam whose staff hasn't slept. These are the people who hold the moment together. Without them, the party doesn't happen.
But visit a banquet hall or function hall in India and you'll find the same story — bookings in a register, payments tracked on WhatsApp, enquiries lost because nobody replied in time. Technology was moving fast everywhere else. The venue industry had been left behind.
Seeing this gap, NextEvent was born. We set out to build the software that banquet halls, function halls, kalyana mantapams, and marriage halls across India actually need — tools that make the business of celebrations run the way it should.
